35 and under: $1,000.00 + $30.00 = $1030.00
36-50: $800.00 + $23.00 = $823.00
51-64: $600.00 + $18.00 = $618.00
65-84: $400.00 + $10.00 = $410.00
85 and Older: $100.00 + $3.00 = $103.00
